Your First Visit
The primary goal of your first appointment will be for Dr. Murphy to fully understand your situation, your goals, and how your body works. Based on your input and a comprehensive exam, he’ll go over your holistic medicine treatment options and work with you to formulate a personalized care plan moving forward. If time allows, he may be able to provide a type of therapy at this same visit. At the end, you’ll have a chance to ask as many questions as you like.

You can download them below and fill them out in the comfort of your own home—just remember to bring them to our office on the day of your visit!
Medical Insurance
Our practice does not take medical insurance, but we can still help patients use their policies to potentially save on their care with us. We do this by creating what is called an “Insurance Superbill.” Essentially, we provide a patient with a complete list of all the services they’ve received, and this can be sent to their insurance provider for reimbursement. If you want to get a better idea of what your insurance will and will not cover, we recommend contacting your provider before coming to see us.
