We currently do not take insurance and are a self-pay practice or out-of-network provider. We can provide a superbill within 48 hours that you can submit to your insurance. It is not guaranteed that the insurance will reimburse or how much they will reimburse.
The price is $300 per hour. The first patient appointment for functional medicine is 1 hour long for $300. Follow-ups range between 20 and 45 minutes. Labs are not included in the price. Labs are not always needed for visits. Lab prices can vary as each case is individual and unique.
Cancellations must be made within 72 hours in order to refund the first patient deposit.
